OPEN ONLY TO U.S. CITIZENS OR LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

How to Enter. You can enter by completing the on-line registration for Toshiba Security products at www.surveillixdvrsupport.com/ProductRegistration.asp. Limit of one (1) entry per Toshiba Security product purchased. Limit of one (1) entry per customer per 30 day period.
Drawing. A random drawing will be held on or about the 10th of each month from among all eligible entries received in the prior month. Prize winners will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail. One (1) winner will be selected for each fifty (50) eligible entries received.
Prizes. Toshiba Gigabeat® T400 portable media player. Approximate retail value of prize: $99.95. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Toshiba reserves the right to substitute a similar product of equal or greater value if the original product becomes difficult to obtain.
General Conditions. Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules, and by decisions of Sponsor, which are final. No transfer, substitution or cash redemption for prize except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, altered, or illegible, or for any computer, on-line, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's name and address for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes.
