Before you Connect!
Carefully follow the steps below before using
iDVR or Internet Explorer to remotely connect to
the DVR.
Ensure that Internet Explorer can download
unsigned ActiveX controls, to do this:
1.
Open Internet Explorer, click Tools, then
Internet Options 2. Click the
Security tab 3. Click on Custom Level 4.
Enable Download unsigned ActiveX Control, click
OK 5. Click Apply, and then select OK to exit
6. Click the "Try It" button at the begining
of this section to connect
7. When Prompted for a username and password

Before you Connect!
Carefully follow the steps below before
connecting with the Client Software.
1.
Download the latest version of the Surveillix
Remote Software either from the Support page or
the link provided above.
2. Run the software
and click the NEW button in the SITE CONNECTION
LIST window.
3.Enter in the following information to connect to Toshiba's Live DVR demo site and press OK when done.
Site Code: 100-00
Site Name: Toshiba America
IP Address: 67.137.21.181 Center Port: 2000
Time out (sec): 5
Link Type: TCP/IP
Username: administrator
Password: <none>
4. Make sure that Live with UDP is not checked. Click the 100-00 icon and then press the CONNECT button.
